Sung Advertising Jingles

Since the beginnings of the Radio/TV age, everything from soap powder to the President of the USA has been sold to the consumer with a catchy advertising jingle. If you recall five tunes from your childhood, one of them will be a jingle (probably!). From catchy kitsch to roaring rock, music reaches the parts that other media can't reach. Think Shake and Vac, "I'm a secret lemonade drinker...", "Beans means...", "for Mash get...", you get the idea...
